- A novel stability – indicating high performance thin layer chromatography HPTLC assay method was developed and validated for quantitative determination of Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate in bulk drugs and in pharmaceutical dosage form in the presence of degradation products generated from forced degradation studies.
